Made of a narrow band of flexible plastic, by careful manipulation, the tape can be guided through the confinedspaces within wall cavities. Once guided through, the new wiring can be pulled into the wall by attaching it to the end of the yellow tongue with plastic / gaffer tape and pulling the yellow tongue back whence it came.
