These spacers are found on the inner end of the folding arms of the Spider Pro. They keep the arms in place at the right angle to rest your keyboard. If you find the arms sagging which causes the keyboard to slide off the arms, you may be missing these spacers. These are sold in a set of 4 and present a snug secure tight fit to hold them in place and prevent them from falling off.
